British consulting company Skytrax, known for evaluating the quality of services provided by various airlines and airports, has unveiled its latest ranking of the world’s best airlines.
Qatar Airways, established in 1993, has been named the best airline in the world for 2024. “This is an outstanding achievement for Qatar Airways – to be awarded the title of World’s Best Airline in 2024, marking their eighth triumph,” said Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted. The evaluation was based on a survey of over 21 million customers from 100 countries. Qatar Airways’ fleet comprises 230 aircraft, including the massive Airbus A380, as well as the latest Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 models.
Singapore Airlines secured the second spot in the ranking, while Emirates came in third.
