The premium hotel Mantera Supreme Seaside, operating under the Mantera Supreme brand, is in its pre-opening phase and will soon hire line staff. The technical opening of part of the hotel is scheduled for August-September, with the official grand opening, marking full operation, planned for the end of 2024. This luxurious property stands out for its design and amenities, unlike competitors who sometimes rely on outdated facilities. The total area of the new Sochi hotel complex is 60,000 square meters, featuring a true subtropical park with around 15,000 plants from various parts of the world.
Mantera Supreme Seaside offers 400 designer rooms of various categories, ranging from 34 to 300 square meters. This includes 320 deluxe rooms, 40 studios, and the rest being higher-category rooms, such as apartments, penthouses, and a presidential suite. All high-category rooms have sea-facing windows. The hotel will boast 11 communal pools, 8 of which are outdoor and filled with purified seawater, sourced from a depth of 65 meters and a distance of 670 meters from the shore. The total water surface area of the pools is 54,000 square meters.
The hotel will feature 5 signature concept restaurants and 6 bars for guests to enjoy.
Additionally, a conference center will be available, capable of simultaneously accommodating 1,320 guests, suitable for large-scale events, celebrations, business meetings, and more intimate gatherings. The two-level multifunctional spa complex will be equipped with pools, a thermal zone, a 24-hour gym, and a beauty salon. There will be 9 treatment rooms offering spa procedures with premium brand cosmetics and modern apparatus techniques.
For children, the hotel’s kids’ club will have a playroom for active games, a Montessori area, and a children’s cinema. Older children will have a separate zone with gaming consoles and a construction corner. Activities and entertaining programs will be conducted by professional animators and educators.
