Iran Airtour Airlines Launches Tehran-Moscow Flights

Iran Airtour Airlines has launched flights connecting Tehran to Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport.

The flights, set to operate on wide-body Airbus A310-300 aircraft, will initially run twice a month, with plans to increase frequency over time.

According to representatives at the airport, this new route will allow passengers to visit Iran’s capital and connect them to a major aviation hub in the Middle East. Imam Khomeini International Airport, the destination for flights from Vnukovo, is a key hub in the region, offering travelers a variety of onward destinations. These include Dubai, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Mumbai, Paris, Vienna, Doha, and many others.

Iran Airtour Airlines is a subsidiary of Iran’s flag carrier, Iran Air. The airline operates a fleet of 12 passenger aircraft and is a full member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). It also holds the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) certification, attesting to its adherence to international safety standards.
