HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts has continued its double-digit growth over the past 12 months, solidifying its position as a leading global hotel representation company. With a portfolio of over 2,500 independent hotels, aparthotels, and hotel groups across 100 countries, HotelREZ has expanded its reach in key markets, including the UK, North America, the Middle East, and Europe. The company now ranks as the 16th largest hotel group worldwide.
Impressive Revenue Growth
HotelREZ recorded a 12% increase in revenue, driven by diversified distribution strategies that help independent hoteliers maximize bookings and optimize sales channels. By leveraging global partnerships, digital marketing, and best-in-class technology systems, the company has enabled its customers to drive more direct bookings while benefiting from GDS networks and OTA Channel Connect.
Regionally, North America led the way with an 80% revenue surge, followed by the Middle East (37%) and the UK (16%). These results have contributed to a 17.27% increase in hotel memberships, along with growth in serviced apartments (10.18%) and pubs with rooms (10.12%).
Expanding Offerings for Independent Hotels
HotelREZ’s consultative approach and investment in cutting-edge technology have strengthened its ability to serve independent hotels. CEO Mark Lewis highlighted the company’s adaptability to market trends, particularly the rise in corporate travel bookings in 2024.
“These achievements are a real testament to our team’s commitment to our customers and ability to adapt to market changes. Along with the investment we are making in our technology products, independent accommodation providers recognize the value of working with an experienced team,” said Lewis.
Best Loved Hotels: A New B2C Soft Brand
In late 2024, HotelREZ launched Best Loved Hotels, a B2C soft brand featuring a curated collection of unique global properties tailored for the leisure and agency market. This initiative reinforces HotelREZ’s market-leading representation and distribution services, allowing independent hotels to attract more high-value travelers.
With continued growth, strategic investments, and a strong global presence, HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts remains a key player in the independent hotel sector, helping properties maximize revenue and expand their market reach.
