Nobu to Launch Luxury Hotel in Muscat, Oman

Nobu Hospitality is expanding its footprint in the Middle East with the announcement of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Muscat. Located along the stunning Yiti Beach, just 28 kilometers from Muscat’s city center, this new destination blends five-star hospitality, upscale living, and Nobu’s signature lifestyle into one unique coastal retreat.

Developed in partnership with the OMRAN Group—Oman’s official tourism development arm—and Enevoria Development, the project continues Nobu’s global expansion of mixed-use properties that combine hotels, dining, and private residences.

Spanning more than 60,000 square meters, the new Nobu Muscat will include:

  • 80-room luxury hotel

  • A signature Nobu restaurant

  • A Nobu-style beach club

  • Full-service spa and fitness center

  • Multiple swimming pools

  • A collection of exclusive branded residences

The project is Nobu’s second collaboration with Enevoria, following the recent launch of Nobu Al Marjan Island in the UAE.

“Oman is the perfect setting for Nobu’s signature mix of elegance, culture, and modern luxury,” said a Nobu Hospitality spokesperson. “From the Al Hajar mountains to the clear blue waters of the Sea of Oman, this destination offers a unique experience for travelers and residents alike.”

The branded residences will offer owners exclusive access to resort amenities, all while enjoying panoramic beach views and Nobu’s refined style of living.

Oman’s rich natural beauty and cultural history make it a prime location for luxury development. Known for its dramatic coastlines, desert landscapes, and welcoming people, the country is becoming a rising star in Middle Eastern tourism.

This Muscat opening adds to Nobu’s rapidly growing presence in the region, with projects also underway in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE. Since opening its first hotel in Las Vegas in 2013, Nobu has expanded to 46 hotels and 20 branded residences globally, with more in development.
