Minsk Airport Transitions to Spring-Summer Flight Schedule

Minsk Airport is transitioning to its spring-summer flight schedule starting March 30, 2025, with flights operating through October 25. This seasonal schedule brings exciting changes, including the resumption of flights to Russia and the launch of charter programs to popular vacation destinations.

As part of this transition, flight times for certain routes will be adjusted. Among the key updates, Belavia, the national carrier, will resume seasonal flights to Makhachkala, Russia, with twice-weekly departures starting April 26. Additionally, a new route to Murmansk will begin on May 29, operating once a week.

Russian carrier Pobeda will reintroduce flights from Moscow and St. Petersburg to Minsk Airport, further increasing connectivity between Belarus and Russia. Red Wings, another Russian airline, will also resume flights to Minsk from Ulyanovsk, Ufa, and Arkhangelsk, expanding access from various regions in Russia.

Aeroflot, Russia’s flagship airline, will increase its frequency between Moscow and Minsk, operating up to seven times per day. During the peak months of July and August, Aeroflot will offer up to 49 weekly flights between the capitals of Belarus and Russia, providing more options for travelers.

In addition to these routes, Ikar Airlines, in cooperation with Nordwind, will begin flights from Perm to Minsk in April, operating twice a week.

The airport is also expanding its international offerings with a new charter program. Popular holiday destinations like Turkey (Antalya, Bodrum, Izmir) and Egypt (Hurghada, Sharm el-Sheikh) will be more accessible to travelers. For those seeking more exotic locations, new charters will continue to operate to Oman (Salalah) and the UAE (Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah).

This expanded spring-summer flight schedule offers both convenience for business travelers and a wide array of options for those looking to explore popular tourist destinations. Minsk Airport’s transition marks an exciting start to the travel season, with an increased number of routes and destinations, catering to a diverse range of travelers.
