Known for leading the Silicon Valley Tax Practice at PwC, he has worked with some of the world’s most influential technology companies, offering expertise in tax policy, mergers, acquisitions, and international structuring.
During his tenure at PwC, Johnson managed a team of over 360 professionals and worked on complex global tax strategies for Fortune 500 companies across sectors like technology, streaming, payments processing, and semiconductors. His background in navigating complex financial landscapes makes him an ideal addition to Nikki Beach as the company accelerates its global expansion.
