GetJet Airlines Appoints Inga Duglas as New CEO for 2025

GetJet Airlines has announced a major leadership transition, appointing Inga Duglas as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 12, 2025. Duglas will take over from Rūta Kulvinskaitė, who has successfully led the Lithuanian charter and aircraft leasing company for the past four years.

As CEO, Duglas plans to focus on improving operational efficiency, aircraft acquisition, and maintenance strategies. Her leadership will be centered on expanding in-house capabilities, strengthening global partnerships, and enhancing the company’s competitive edge.

Darius Viltrakis, CEO of GetJet Aviation Holdings, emphasized the significance of Duglas’ appointment, stating:
“Duglas’ extensive experience and strategic vision align with GetJet Airlines’ long-term objectives, particularly in advancing vertical growth through asset management, technical services, and related business areas.”

Expressing her excitement for the role, Duglas highlighted her commitment to driving sustainable growth and service expansion. She sees great potential in broadening the company’s technical service portfolio, making GetJet Airlines more self-sufficient and competitive.

“I look forward to working with the team to achieve sustainable growth, deliver top-tier services to our clients, and contribute to the overall success of the airline,” Duglas stated.
