Wizz Air, the largest airline operating at Katowice Wojciech Korfanty International Airport, will launch a new route connecting Katowice, Poland, with Billund, Denmark, on October 27, 2025 (Monday). The flights will operate as part of the airline’s winter schedule, running three times per week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Wizz Air Expands Its Presence at Katowice Airport
The new Billund connection is part of Wizz Air’s broader expansion plan at Katowice Airport, which includes the launch of five new routes in 2025:
- Chișinău, Moldova – June 2025
- Pisa, Italy – June 2025
- Madrid, Spain – June 2025
- Agadir, Morocco – October 2025
- Billund, Denmark – October 2025
