Mondrian Maldives is set to debut on Kuredhivaru Island in 2026, bringing its signature blend of bold design and island elegance to one of the Maldives’ most exclusive destinations. Surrounded by pristine beaches and turquoise waters, the resort will offer a sophisticated sanctuary just a 45-minute seaplane flight from Malé International Airport.
Before its transformation into Mondrian Maldives, the property will operate as Kuredhivaru Resort & Spa under the management of Ennismore. Previously branded as Mövenpick, Kuredhivaru Resort & Spa will remain available for booking on ALL.com and continue to be part of ALL, Accor’s global loyalty program and booking platform. This transition reflects the owners’ and Ennismore’s vision of elevating the island into a premier lifestyle destination under the Mondrian brand.
A New Vision of Island Luxury
Known for its avant-garde approach to design, Mondrian Maldives will immerse guests in a dream-like environment inspired by contemporary art, culture, and modern aesthetics. The resort will feature 105 luxurious villas, each with a private pool:

- 72 overwater pool villas with uninterrupted ocean views
- Three-bedroom beach pool residences with direct access to the island’s soft white sands
True to Mondrian’s artistic and cultural DNA, the resort will curate unique experiences that celebrate the Maldives’ rich heritage. Guests will be able to indulge in spa treatments, work out at a state-of-the-art gym, or explore vibrant marine life at the on-site diving center. The resort will also feature a yoga pavilion, tennis and volleyball courts, multiple swimming pools, and a dedicated kids’ club.
Culinary and Cultural Immersion
With four distinctive restaurants and bars, Mondrian Maldives will offer an innovative take on dining and mixology, ensuring guests enjoy cutting-edge flavors in a breathtaking setting. The resort’s immersive art installations and contemporary interiors will further define it as a cultural hub.
