Dubai is set to welcome the luxurious Corinthia Dubai hotel by 2030. The twin-tower skyscraper will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Museum of the Future, soaring over 500 meters high and ranking among the tallest buildings in the world.
The development will feature a five-star Corinthia Dubai hotel, as well as penthouses and serviced apartments under the Corinthia brand. A key highlight of the structure will be its sky lobby, a cantilevered connection between the two towers at a height of 200 meters—significantly higher than most similar constructions.
The project is a collaboration between Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties, with a total built-up area of approximately 330,000 square meters. The towers will offer breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Jumeirah Beach.
The hotel will boast an outdoor pool at a staggering height of 500 meters, making it the highest in the world. Guests will also have exclusive access to the Corinthia Wellness spa center, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools, along with personalized fitness training by a team of health experts.
The ambitious project will include five new restaurants, a grand banquet hall, and private pools for VIP clients. Additionally, luxurious landscaped areas with lush greenery will enhance the overall appeal of the development.
