Scheduled to open in 2030, the new Mandarin Oriental, Miami, and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami will set a new standard for opulent living. The development, known as One Island Drive, will consist of two interconnected towers and is being developed by Swire Properties, Mandarin Oriental’s joint-venture partner for the existing Mandarin Oriental, Miami.

Situated on a 3.5-acre waterfront site in Brickell Key, a meticulously developed 44-acre island by Swire, the project enjoys an enviable location in Miami. Brickell Key offers an exclusive and secure environment while providing easy access to the vibrant energy of the city, ensuring an exceptional experience for residents and guests alike.

The new hotel, designed by Kohn Pederson Fox, will feature 151 guestrooms, including 60 suites, as well as 61 private residences and 28 hotel residences, all boasting breathtaking views of the ocean and city. Renowned Parisian designer Laura Gonzales will lend her expertise to create the captivating interiors of the hotel, while Thai firm Shma will craft the lush landscape architecture throughout the property. A diverse selection of vibrant restaurants and bars, flexible meeting and event spaces, and an expansive Spa at Mandarin Oriental will offer guests and local residents an enticing lifestyle choice.

Adjacent to the hotel, a standalone tower will house 220 residences, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, including two exclusive penthouses. Parisian designer Tristan Auer will oversee the design of The Residences, ensuring a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Managed by Mandarin Oriental, the residences will provide residents with the unique opportunity to enjoy a private home along with unparalleled amenities and legendary service for which the brand is renowned.
